What to do if ?? appears on my Miele KM 7678 FR and it doesn't heat?
The appearance of ?? in the timer display indicates that the Miele hob is in demo mode. Press the 0 sensor control on any numerical display. Then touch the ? and ? sensor controls at the same time until ?? flashes alternately with ??? in the timer display.
