Basic settings
Switching on the dishwasher
 Switch the dishwasher on using the
sensor control.
The welcome screen will appear when
the dishwasher is switched on for the
first time and the welcome melody will
sound.

display functionality, see “Guide to the
appliance” chapter, “Display
functions” section.
Setting the language
The display will then change
automatically to the screen for setting
the language.
 Select the language you want as well
as the country, if appropriate, using
the sensor controls and confirm
with OK.

under the “Language” section.
A tick will appear next to the
language that has been set.
Setting up Miele@home
The message Miele@home will appear
on the display.
 To set up Miele@home now, confirm
by touching OK.
Tip: To postpone setup until later, select
the optionSkip and confirm by touching
OK.
There are two ways of connecting your
dishwasher to your WiFi network:
 Select the connection method you
want and confirm your choice with
OK.
1. Connect using App
2. Connect using WPS
(WPS = WiFi Protected Setup)
You will then be guided by the display
and the relevant Miele networking
solution.
