What to do if . . . ?
With the help of the following notes minor faults in the performance of the
machine, some of which may result from incorrect operation, can be put right
without contacting the Service Department.
Repairs to the machine should only be undertaken by a suitably qualified ser-
vice engineer to ensure safety. Unauthorised repairs could be dangerous.
Fault Possible cause Remedy
The machine fails to

No obvious cause. Check that
– the door is properly

not defective.
