Electronic system lock
The system lock prevents your ma-
chine being used without your knowl-
edge.
When the system lock has been acti-
vated:
– the drum door cannot be opened
with the Door button and
– a programme cannot be started.
To activate the system lock
First, ensure that:
– The drum door is closed
– The programme selector is at Finish.
1 Switch on the washing machine with
the I-ON / 0-OFF button.
2 Press the Pre-wash button and keep
it pressed in while carrying out steps
3 to 5
3 Slowly turn the programme selector
clockwise stage by stage to
COTTONS 60°C.
4 Now slowly turn the programme se-
lector
anti-clockwise stage by stage
to Finish.
5 Next slowly turn the programme se-
lector
anti-clockwise stage by stage
to DELICATES cold.
The locked check light (lower right
on the control panel) will flash.
6 Now release the Pre-wash button.
7 Turn the programme selector to Fin-
ish.
8 Switch the washing machine off with
the I-ON / 0-OFF button.
To de-activate the system lock
Repeat steps
1 to 6. The locked
check light goes out.
