Automatic Tool Changer (ATC) Maintenance
16 or 24 Pocket carousel style ATC
Lubrication is automatic via the
lubrication system on the machine.
No scheduled maintenance is
required, but the area should remain
free of chips and coolant overspray.
Drawbar cylinder lubrication
Fluid level should be approximately
1/3 of the way to the top when the
drawbar cylinder is in the normal
position (retracted).
Replace oil annually, fill Mobil
DTE24 or equivalent to the mark
where indicated in the photo.
