Automatic Tool Changer (ATC) Maintenance
Check ATC fluid level
Drain plug
24,32,40 Pocket Arm style
ATC.
Monitor sight glass to
ensure fluid level remains
topped off.
Replace oil annually with
Mobilgear ISO 150 or
equivalent gear oil.
16 or 24 Pocket carousel style ATC
Lubrication is automatic via the
lubrication system on the machine.
No scheduled maintenance is
required, but the area should remain
free of chips and coolant overspray.
