No, they cannot.

Yes, it can. It is possible after F/W Ver.1.4.

What is the color difference between SS21 silver and ES3
silver inks?
The color is different.
SS21 silver ink shows more shiny effect and has a little bit more
darker tone compared to ES3 silver ink.
