Cleaning procedure of head nozzle
Only when the nozzle drop out doesn’t recover with cleaning, daily care and maintenance, please clean
the head nozzle following the procedure below.
Procedure
1. Remove the left side cover of
the machine.
Remove the screw and remove the
cover.
2. Move the carriage(head) to the maintenance space.
(1) Press the key in LOCAL.
(2) Press the key.
(3) Press to select [HEAD MAINT.].
(4) Press the key.
•
Before performing the maintenance, please make sure to attend the training by our engineers. Maintenance
without training may cause failure of the head.
• During maintenance, never rub the nozzles of the head. If rub the nozzle part, the water-repellent surface is
degraded and the head might need to be replaced.
Supply goods for cleaning

• Make sure to use designated supply goods for nozzle cleaning. Other cleaning goods may cause early
deterioration of the head.
• Head will move for maintenance, please be careful.
