Part II General Information
Product Principle 132
2.10.1 Protection and Indicator Board
The protection and indicator board implements the following functions:
1. Converting AC input and providing an AC status indicator.
2. Assisting in output control. Specifically, assist in output connection after the main unit is
started and in output disconnection after the main unit stands by or shut down.
2.10.2 AC_DC Power
AC_DC power mainly implements power grid isolation and voltage conversion to convert the AC
input from the power grid into 19 V 7.9 A DC output, with an output power of 150 W.
2.10.3 Output Control Board
The output control board is intended for adapter output protection. Specifically, when the main
unit or battery package is not connected, adapter output is disabled.
2.10.4 Battery Package
2.10.4.1 Battery Management Board
The battery management board implements the following functions:
1. Switching between AC power and battery power automatically, with AC power prioritized
2. Battery charge and battery level management
3. AC status and battery status indication
4. Working with the main unit system to identify the status of the main unit system, thereby
implementing auxiliary output control and low standby power consumption of the trolley
battery
The following figure shows the block diagram of the trolley battery management board.
