  If you're experiencing unstable blend temperature with your Mira Plumbing Product, several factors could be the cause. A blocked spray plate might be the culprit, so try cleaning it. Another potential issue is a partially closed isolating valve; ensure it's fully open. If the inlet filter is blocked, refer to the Installation & User guide supplied with the shower fittings. If these steps don't resolve the issue, it could be a plumbing system fault, in which case you should contact your installer.

Why is there low or no water flow in my Mira Plumbing Product?

  If your Mira Plumbing Product has low or no water flow, several issues could be responsible. First, check if the isolating valves are closed and open them. If the inlet filters are blocked, contact your installer. If the check valve is incorrectly fitted, contact your installer. If your appliance is above the cold water storage cistern, note that it is unsuitable for negative head installations. Refer to section: 'Installation Requirements'. Finally, a plumbing system fault (airlock) may be the cause, so contact your installer.

  If the shower temperature is too cold with your Mira Plumbing Product, it might be because the hot water cylinder temperature is less than 12°C above the shower temperature. To fix this, adjust the cylinder temperature. Be careful, it is recommended that the stored water temperature does not exceed 65°C.

  If the pump of your Mira Plumbing Product does not operate, there could be a few reasons. It could be due to an electrical supply failure or a PCB failure, in which case you should contact your installer. Alternatively, the motor may have overheated, causing the thermal switch to operate. If the thermal switch operates repeatedly, contact customer services for further advice.
