Set the "Motion SFC program name" to the Motion SFC program No.0 to No.511 (for operating system software version "09"
or earlier, No.0 to No.255) individually. Set the Motion SFC program name within 16 characters. Specify this Motion SFC
program name for a "subroutine call/start step (GSUB)" and "clear step (CLR)".
• The Motion SFC program can be set to any No. from No.0 to No.511. There are no specific programs which
have special roles.
• "$" cannot be used in the first character of the Motion SFC program name.
• "\ / : ; , . * ? " < > |" cannot be used in Motion SFC program name.
