Overspeed
Motor speed reached or exceeded the
permissible speed.
5. Encoder faulty.
1. Output phases U, V and W of the servo amplifier were connected
with each other.
2. Servo amplifier transistor damaged.
3. Ground fault occurred in the servo amplifier output phases U, V,
W.

Overcurrent
Current not less than the permissible value
flew in the servo amplifier bus.
4. Noise entered the overcurrent detection circuit.
1. Regenerative brake resistor connection fault.
2. Regenerative power transistor damaged.
3. Regenerative brake resistor in the servo amplifier switched OFF.
