Measures On the mechanical additional axis, change "0" to a value which is smaller than set to AXUNUM (number of
mechanisms used).

Cause The value of AXJNO (setting axis No.) is illegal.
Measures Change the value of this parameter from 1 to 3.
Change the value of this parameter to a order from 1.

Cause As the parameter value of AXJNO (setting axis No.), the same value is set at two or more elements.
