3 Spread a drop of water over the
surface of the prism taking care that
air bubbles will not enter it.

piece.
• Rotate the eyepiece to either side to focus.

5 Confirm the boundary line of blue
color aligns with the 0% on the
scale.
• If it does not align, rotate the scale adjusting
screw by using a scale adjusting tool and let
it align.
