Starter - Inspect
Visually inspect the starter and ring gear for damage.
Note: If the starter is defective, consult contact your lo-
cal dealer.

Alternator - Inspect
Visually inspect the alternator for damage.
Remove the belt and turn the pulley by hand to check
if it rotates smoothly. Check the pulley for wear.
Also, visually inspect the inside of alternator for dust
and salt accumulation since the alternator is an air
cooling type.
Note: If the alternator is defective, consult a dealer of
Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd.
