4.6.1 ESC % n
[Name]: Select/cancel user-defined character set
[Format]: ASCII ESC % n

[Range]: 0 ≤ n ≤ 255
[Description]: Select or cancel user-defined character set.
When n (LSB)=0，cancel user-defined character set.
When n (LSB)=1，select user-defined character set.
[Notice]:
• When cancel user-defined character set, auto select built-in character set.
• n only LSB is available.
[Default] n = 0

• y specify the vertical byte number, when define the characters of font A,
