How to fix Monitored Therapeutics GoSpiro Spirometer when pressing the power button doesn't turn it on?

  If you pressed the purple power button on your Monitored Therapeutics Measuring Instruments for over 6 seconds, it may have entered pairing mode. To resolve this, press the power button for more than 2 seconds to power off the device, and then press it momentarily to power it back on. If the battery is discharged, charge it. If there's no response after charging for 30 minutes, contact technical service. Also, if your device was paired before, you don't need to pair it again.

  Your Monitored Therapeutics Measuring Instruments might not be paired with your data collection device. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your GoHome, smartphone, or tablet. Move the Measuring Instruments closer to the data collection device and try pairing them again, following the instructions in Section 9, 'Pairing your GoSpiro with GoHome and/or smartphone'.

  If the turbine in your Monitored Therapeutics Measuring Instruments is still rotating after a test, make sure that airflow from a fan or air conditioner isn't passing through the spirometer. Also, check that the Turbine Assembly is completely seated in the GoSpiro body. See Section 8 Getting Started.

  If your Monitored Therapeutics Measuring Instruments doesn't automatically shut down after pairing, it doesn't indicate a problem. Simply press the power button for about 1 second to turn it off and then power it up again for testing.
