5. Isolation
Electrical supply
To stop the oven in an emergency, switch off the electricity using the wall-mounted isolator switch.
Water supply
In an emergency, shut off the water supply to stacked ovens by closing the shut-off valves (Figure 4).

Turn the appropriate valve 90° anti-clockwise (
) to turn off the water supply.
