Safety (condenser unit)
Always disconnect or isolate the power supply before installation, and allow time for the oven to cool. Only fully-
trained and authorised electricians are permitted to do any electrical repairs and installation work on the oven.
WARNING Before testing the oven with the condenser, check that:
All cover panels and pipe fittings are secure.
The door handles are not damaged.
Operate the condenser only as described in this manual.
All versions should be part of a regular cleaning schedule. Water should be
drained and parts cleaned with an antibacterial wash.
WARNING All connections to the oven must comply with the statuary requirements of the
country of installation.
CAUTION Be aware of hot surfaces.
While the oven is in operation (and for some time after use), it is inadvisable
to touch the condenser or the surrounds because of conducted heat.
No unauthorised modifications to the condenser are permitted.
Only use MONO spare parts on this condenser.
