The pilot can override the system
at
any time
in
the
event of
a
P.C,
malfunction. Cdmplete disengage-
ment may be accomplished by depressing the cutoff
valve.
In the event of partial or complete vacuum failure
(indicated by
a
red light on the gyro horizon), the
lateral stability augmentation system
will automa-
tically become
inoperative.
