8.NOISY.
What type of noise?
WATER GAS
Is the flue restrictor ring fitted on boilers
with a flue length less than 1 m.? Check
the flue pipe is correctly connected and
not allowing flue gas to re-circulate.

Is the burner ignition
pressure too high?
More than 8 mbar.
Reset the
ignition pressure
to 8.0 mbar.
Is the boiler fully vented and the
heating circuit pressure at 1.6 bar?
Fill the boiler
heating circuit to
1.6bar and ensure
all air is removed
from boiler.
Check the burner pressures and
that the pump speed is set to
max speed number 3. Rectify as
required

Is the CH thermistor
connected securely to the
correct pipe work? Rectify if
not
.
I
s the boiler quiet?
Boiling sounds in the primary heat exchanger after DHW use is
associated with scale deposits in the primary heat exchanger. Descale
heat exchanger or replace primary heat exchanger refill heating
system with a propriety anti freeze/ inhibitor designed for central
heating circuits, i.e. Fernox Alphi II.
