TO SET HEADLIGHT HORIZONTAL AIM
1. Set the horizontal aim knob to zero, and
check that the split image target lines are
visible in the horizontal aim port hole. If
necessary, rotate each aimer slightly to locate
the target.
2. Turn the horizontal adjusting screw at side
of headlight until the split image of target line
appears in mirrors as one solid line. To
remove “backlash”, make a nal adjustment
by turning the screw in a clockwise direction.
3. Repeat these steps with the
opposite side aimer and
headlight.

TO SET HEADLIGHT VERTICAL AIM
1. Set the vertical aim knob to zero.
2. Turn vertical adjusting screw at the top of the
headlight until the level bubble is centered
between the lines. To remove “backlash”, make
nal adjustment by turning screw in a clockwise
direction.
3. Repeat these steps with the opposite side aimer
and headlight.
4. Recheck target alignment on both aimers and
readjust horizontal aim if necessary.
5. Remove aimer by holding aimer securely and
pressing “Vacuum Release” button located on the
piston handle.
