Ensure battery posts are clean and rock clamps back and forth on battery posts to ensure a good connection. Check battery voltage with a volt meter. If it is less than 7, replace the battery. A battery with less than 7 is likely beyond salvage due to extreme sulphation or some other internal failure. You may try to boost the battery using booster cables connected to another vehicle.
