Entertainment Mute / Auxiliary Alert
Depending on the option selected for your
phone, only ONE of these two features will be
supported. Also, the
Coupled Micro Car Kit
is required to use either of these features.
Entertainment Mute
Entertainment Mute
If your phone has this feature and your car
installation supports it, the car stereo will mute
whenever a call is made or received. Also
note that this feature CANNOT be disabled.
Auxiliary Alert
Auxiliary Alert
If your phone has this feature, Auxiliary Alert
informs you of an incoming call when outside
your car by activating an external alerting
device (horn, lights).
To select/cancel:
to toggle feature on/off.
Note: With Auxiliary Alert enabled you will not
turn off the telephone by switching off the
vehicle's ignition.
Instead the display shows: "Alert"
Turning the car ignition back on will cancel
Auxiliary Alert.
