Switching Phone On/Off
Simple Micro Car Kit:
The phone must be turned on or off manually by
Coupled Micro Car Kit:
If your car kit has been installed with
Ignition
Sense Activation,
the phone will turn on or off
with the car's ignition switch, as long as the
phone was powered on before the ignition
was last turned off.
If you turn your car ignition off during a call,
the phone will remain on until you end the
call.
If you have purposely or unintentionally left
your phone on while connected to the Car Kit,
the safety timer will turn the phone off after a
user selected time period (or four hours if no
time period has been selected) to prevent
draining the car's battery.
