Bluetooth® Wireless Technology for use through the EEA has the
following restrictions:
• Maximum radiated transmit power of 100mW EIRP in the
frequency range 2.400 -2.4835 GHz
• France, outside usage is restricted to 10mW EIRP
• Italy requires a user license for outside usage.
