RADIO CALLS
An Emergency Alert can be programmed to do
one of the following:
•show E and sound a tone
–or–
•show E (silent Emergency)
–or–
• activate the microphone so that all activity
can be transmitted (for a predetermined
amount of time).
To activate the Emergency Alert, press the
Emergency button.
To cancel the Emergency Alert, press and hold
down the Emergency button.
EDITING A RADIO CALL LIST K
The ID numbers in your Radio Call List are
preprogrammed by your dealer. However, you
can edit the names associated with these IDs.
The K symbol will appear on the LCD screen
when you are editing.
Note: The radio cannot receive any calls while
you are editing.
To Edit a Call List entry:

) to enter Menu Mode.

) to select RadioCall List

Edit Entry?

) to select
Edit Entry?

+ or ? until you locate the desired entry.
9 ) to select the entry.
10 Use your keypad to edit the entry (see page 12).
11 ) to save your changes.
