Check C240, C252 for 3.3Vdc. Is the resistance OK? Replace Fuse F200.

Check for defective components:
1. L201 for opens,
2. D203 for polarity,
3. U201.
Replace components if
necessary.
Check C222, C280, C281,
U201 pin2 for 7.2Vdc.
