To activate the
speakerphone
, open the
flip and press and hold the
smart/speakerphone key.
You will hear an alert.
To end the call
, press
O
.
To turn off the speakerphone, press and hold the
smart/speakerphone key or turn off the phone.
Note:
Closing the phone while using the
speakerphone does not end the call. If you are making
a call
with the flip closed
using the touch keys, the
call automatically uses the speakerphone or Bluetooth
headset, if you have one connected. Press and hold
the smart key to end the call.
You can set your phone to turn off the speakerphone
automatically after 20 seconds of inactivity:

To use the speakerphone with flip closed

Open the phone.

Press and hold the smart/speakerphone key to

When the call connects, close the phone and
continue your conversation.

To end the call, press and hold the
smart/speakerphone key.
