Using the Menu
The message center lets you compose and send text
messages. A
flashing cursor
shows where text will appear:
When you enter text using the standard tap method, the
flashing cursor changes to a
block cursor
, and the soft key
functions change:

to
open the
sub-menu.
Press
INSERT

to insert a
quick note,
picture, or
sound.
Flashing
cursor
indicates
insertion
point.

After two
seconds,
the block
cursor reverts
to a flashing
cursor and moves
to the next position.
Press
DELETE

) to delete
the character to the left of the
insertion point.
Block
cursor
indicates
current
highlighted

to accept
and store
the text.
