Fix the ﬁrst split collar on the shaft. Slide in the shaft required number of

Return Rollers (e.g. for belt width 15”, 15

rollers are required).

Fix the second split collar at a distance

of “Belt width +2mm” (this will guarantee

enough play between rollers and belt

spheres).
