Why is my MSL MSF-390 running too hot?
    • C
      Cynthia BrayAug 17, 2025
Your MSL Air Compressor might be overheating due to several reasons: an insufficient supply of fresh cooling air, intake or outlet valves not closing properly, wrong direction of rotation, or a contaminated intake filter. Check the location to ensure the ambient temperature is within the acceptable range (max. +45). Inspect and clean the valves, replacing them if necessary. Verify the compressor's rotation direction matches the arrow and correct it if needed. Also, clean or replace the intake filter.

What to do if my MSL MSF-390 motor won't rotate?
    • C
      caseyholtAug 20, 2025
If the motor of your MSL Air Compressor isn't rotating, it could be due to a stoppage of electric current, a break in a wire, failure of the motor starter, or bad connecting. Check the incoming wire connection, look for any wire disconnections, inspect the contact point of the motor starter, and fasten the terminal screw.

Why does my MSL MSF-390 Air Compressor take too long to fill up?
    • I
      iroweAug 23, 2025
If your MSL Air Compressor is taking too long to fill up, it could be due to a failure of the suction valve, air line leakage, failure of the nipple, a contaminated intake filter, or failure of the unload valve. Consider these steps: change the valve, replace any air lines with leaks, check the nipple, clean or change the intake filter, and apply lubrication oil after removing the unload nipple.

What to do if my MSL MSF-390 Air Compressor engine won't start (when using an engine)?
    • A
      Anthony BrewerAug 26, 2025
If your MSL Air Compressor's engine won't start, especially if you're using an engine instead of a motor, it could be caused by a discharged battery, bad contact of electric equipment, failure of the start motor, bad connection, or failure of the generator. Try these solutions: * Fasten the terminal screw fully. * Check the switch function. * Check the power cable. * Change the generator.

What to do if my MSL MSF-390 Air Compressor motor is overheated?
    • J
      Jorge PenaAug 28, 2025
If your MSL Air Compressor motor is overheating, it might be due to overload, fluctuation of supplying voltage and frequency or over voltage and voltage dips. Check the rated current, voltage and frequency, and clean the cooling area.

Why is my MSL MSF-390 Air Compressor making abnormal noises?
    • L
      Linda LeeAug 31, 2025
