Wear eye protection, avoid altering governor settings, keep clear of moving parts.
Hardware A: Connect lower handle to frame with axle bolts and nuts.
Hardware B: Install front axle, wheels, and secure with push caps and clips.
Hardware C: Assemble handles, attach throttle control to panel.
Connect engagement handle to adjustment bracket with bolt and spring.
Fill crankcase with specified oil and fuel tank with clean, lead-free gasoline.
Set throttle to START, pull choke, pull starter cord, adjust choke as needed.
Move throttle control to STOP position; disconnect spark plug wire.
