Item Description
1 Unpainted surfaces: Spray with silicone, and then wipe with a clean, lint-free cloth. Or, wipe
with a clean, lint-free cloth dampened with clean hydraulic fluid.
2 Chrome plated surfaces: For microscratches, wipe with a clean, lint-free cloth dampened with
ethanol. For rust discoloration, polish with a very fine emery cloth, and then wipe down.
3 Painted surfaces: For small scratches, use touch-up paint. For large scratches, sand, prime,
and use touch-up paint.
4 Black oxide surfaces: Spray with silicone, and then wipe with a clean, lint-free cloth. Or, wipe
with a clean, lint-free cloth dampened with clean hydraulic fluid.
