65 – LO P-Fuel
Yellow alarm; warning
Cause Corrective action
Fuel inlet pressure too low (Level
1).
1. Check fuel lines for leakage.
2. Drain fuel prefilter (→ Page 93).
3. Replace filter element of fuel prefilter (→ Page 96).
4. Replace fuel filter and, if required, intermediate fuel filter
(→ Page 91).
66 – SS P-Fuel
Red alarm; emergency stop
Cause Corrective action

2).
1. Check fuel lines for leakage.
2. Drain fuel prefilter (→ Page 93).
3. Replace filter element of fuel prefilter (→ Page 96).

1. Check cooling system.
2. Contact Service if no malfunction can be detected.

(Level 2).
1. Check cooling system.
2. Contact Service if no malfunction can be detected.
81 – AL Rail Leakage
Yellow alarm; warning
Cause Corrective action
Rail pressure gradient too low for
start or too high for stop => HP
fuel system leaky, air in system
1. On engine stopping: Seal off system, contact Service
2. On engine starting: Check engine for leakage, if none found,
attempt restarting as per operating instructions (air in system).
82 – HI P-Fuel (Common Rail)
Yellow alarm; warning
Cause Corrective action
Rail pressure > Set value => HP
fuel control block jamming or
wiring faulty
1. Check wiring of HP fuel control block.
2. Contact Service if no fault can be detected.
