      Emily LopezAug 4, 2025
If you find water in the reservoir base of your Mueller Coffee Maker, it's probably because the reservoir wasn't empty before removal. To fix this, remove the water reservoir, turn off the brewer using the on/off button, then press and hold the on/off button for 3 seconds to activate the pump and drain the water from the base. If any water remains, use a dry sponge to absorb it.

Why is my Mueller U-700 Coffee Maker brewing a partial cup?
    • F
      Fernando WheelerAug 11, 2025
If your Mueller Coffee Maker is brewing only a partial cup, there could be a few reasons. First, the K-Cup® pack holder might be clogged, so clean it and rinse it under the faucet. Second, ensure there's enough water in the reservoir for the selected serving size. Finally, calcium or scale buildup could be the issue; try descaling the brewer.

If water is spitting from the outlet of the brewer head of your Mueller Coffee Maker, it could be due to manually stopping the brewing process or lifting the handle/brewer head while the button is flashing. Allow the brewer to completely release steam and residual water, which should take about 20 seconds after the brewing process is interrupted.

What to do if coffee drops around the brewer hold when brewing with Mueller U-700?
    • H
      Heather SmithSep 12, 2025
If you notice coffee drops around the brewer hold of your Mueller Coffee Maker during brewing, it's likely due to ground coffee stuck to the Water Outlet gasket, which impairs the seal. To resolve this, gently pull off the gasket, rinse it with water, and then carefully reattach it.
