Pre-requisites
Monochrome original with color highlighting.
BUSINESS APPLICATION
Customer wants to remove highlighter marks from a B&W document when copying.
Since this is a frequent application, we are going to store the keystrokes in a Program
Key so that that function is quickly and easily accessible.
If not on the Home screen touch the Menu key on the Control Panel

PROCEDURE
1. Touch Copy.
2. On the Copy Screen,
setcolor setting
toAutoColor.
3. Touch Application.
