What to do if the tip voltage measurement cannot be performed on NADEX Voice Recorder?
- RRichard WardAug 9, 2025
If you can't measure the tip voltage on your NADEX Voice Recorder, first ensure the voltage detection cable is securely connected between the tips. If the display shows " ?.?? V .", it means there's a tip voltage overflow error, and the voltage is outside the specification range (more than 5.00V). Use it within specified limits. If the display shows " - .- - V .", it indicates a measurement impossible error, possibly due to cycle overflow, current value overflow/under flow, or cycle/impulse setting errors. An error should not occur.
