What to do if the tip voltage measurement cannot be performed on NADEX Voice Recorder?
    • R
      Richard WardAug 9, 2025
If you can't measure the tip voltage on your NADEX Voice Recorder, first ensure the voltage detection cable is securely connected between the tips. If the display shows " ?.?? V .", it means there's a tip voltage overflow error, and the voltage is outside the specification range (more than 5.00V). Use it within specified limits. If the display shows " - .- - V .", it indicates a measurement impossible error, possibly due to cycle overflow, current value overflow/under flow, or cycle/impulse setting errors. An error should not occur.

How to fix 'Memory Error' on NADEX MDM22-M01A?
    • D
      Daisy SandersAug 27, 2025
If your NADEX Voice Recorder displays "Memory Error", it means the setting and measurement data have been corrupted. To resolve this, push any key. The LCD will display the initial screen "Data Initialize" -> "0.0CY 0.00kA", which compulsorily resets the memory. Note that memory recovery isn't possible.

If the NADEX Voice Recorder displays ".??kA.", it indicates a current under flow error. Check the measurement range; if it's on Hi range, switch to Lo range. Note that if it’s already on Lo range, the current is outside the specification range. If the display shows "??.???A.", it's a current overflow error. Check the measurement range; if it's on Lo range, switch to Hi range. If it is already on Hi range, the current is outside the specification range. If the display shows "##?#CY" or "#####ms.", there's an impulse setting error. Input a suitable value for the number of setting impulses. If the display shows " !!.!CY " or " !!!!ms . ", it's a cycle setting error. Ensure the measurement start time isn't longer than the weld time and that the measurement end time isn't longer than the measur...
