neighbour’s phone. Follow the gas
supplier’s instructions.
If you cannot reach your gas supplier, call

      If your Napoleon Indoor Fireplace is over-fired or under-fired, check the pressure readings. You can check the inlet pressure by turning screw (A) counter-clockwise 2 or 3 turns and then placing pressure gauge tubing over the test point. The gauge should read as described on the chart below. Ensure that the main burner is operating on ‘HI’. Outlet pressure can be checked the same way using screw (B). The gauge should read as described on the chart below.

      If your Napoleon Indoor Fireplace won’t perform any functions, first check the breaker to ensure it’s in the “on” position. Also, if your fireplace is equipped with a battery holder (including switch), verify that the 3-position switch is in the remote position (middle).

In very cold conditions, ice buildup can occur on the terminal, and you should remove it as necessary. To minimize future occurrences, wrap the vent lengths that pass through unheated spaces (attics, garages, crawl spaces) with an insulated mylar sleeve.
