If you cannot reach your gas supplier, call the

quali ed installer, service agency or the supplier.

only) or mobile home, where not prohibited by
local codes.
This appliance is only for use with the type of gas

not convertible for use with other gases, unless a

Finally, confirm that the minimum rise per foot has been followed for any horizontal venting.

      If the pilot light on your Napoleon Indoor Fireplace won't light, start by checking the wiring. Make sure the sensor and igniter wires are connected to the correct terminals on the module. Next, ensure there are no loose connections, electrical shorts, or grounding issues. If those aren't the issue, turn the ON/OFF switch to “OFF”, disconnect the igniter wire from the module, then turn the switch back to “ON”. Hold a grounded wire about 3/16” away from the igniter terminal on the module. Also, check that the igniter spark gap is about 1/8”. Verify the transformer is properly installed and plugged into the module and that the voltage under load is between 6.2 and 7.0 volts A.C. If the power is off, check the batteries.
