Replacing the Front Roller

To reduce the risk of electrical shock, always unplug the power cord and wait 5 minutes before cleaning, maintaining or repairing this machine.
Tools Required: #2 Phillips Screwdriver, (2) 13 mm wrenches, 5 mm hex wrench, 10 mm socket
1. Follow the Treadle Assembly Removal procedures to remove Treadle Assembly. THIS STEP REQUIRES TWO PEOPLE.
2. Remove the Drive Pulley using two 13 mm (1/2”) wrenches.
3. Remove the 5 indicated screws on both Side Step plastics using a #2 Phillips
screwdriver.
4. Remove the plastic Side Step by pulling it straight off of the Treadle.
