1. Carefully remove the Shrouds. Refer to the “Replace the
Shrouds” procedure in this manual.
2. Observe the EMS Cable routing from the EMS Motor
Control Board (MCB) Watts assembly to the EMS Engine
assembly.
Note: Be sure to note where all cables are routed for re-
assembly.
3. Remove the ziptie(s) that holds the EMS Cable.
4. Disconnect the EMS Cable from the EMS MCB Watts
assembly after noting the connector location.
NOTICE: Do not crimp the cables.
5. Using the needlenose pliers, release the Belt Tensioner
spring (A) from the Tensioner arm (F). Set the spring safely
aside for reassembly.
Disconnect all power to the machine before you service it.
