1. Check to see if the main gas
supply valve is open.
2. Check the igniter for spark
(part #18).

1. Ensure ground wire is connected.
2. Check the igniter for spark.

Hot water outlet:
Thermistor -open
1. Check the Thermistor.
2. Check for loose connection
3. Replace the Thermistor.

1. Check the Thermistor.
2. Look for short or water in connection
