c. Select 7895 latest Firmware Plug-in (Configuration wizard will
automatically show)
d. Set Configuration name following the naming convention below.
• Configuration name MUST start with NCR7895
• Configuration name MUST end with CFG
Example: NCR7895_DF_CFG
e. Add Notes for brief description of the configuration file (optional).
f. Proceed to step 5.
4. To create configuration file based on the scanner’s current settings,
a. Click “Clone/modify my connected scanner settings” menu. Scanner’s
current configuration file summary will show.
b. Click “Start configuration wizard >>”.
c. Proceed to step 5.
5. On the left menu, click “2. Cable connection”. USB options will be shown on
the right by default.
6. Click “+add cable” then select “Single RS232C”.
