7. On Single RS232C tab, set the following configurations:
(*) Default values
a. Basic Settings:
• Set as reboot default: Enabled (tick the checkbox to enable)
• RS232 Host Type: NCR Host
• Baud Rate: 9600 *
• Parity: Odd *
• Stop Bits: One Stop Bit *
• Data Bits: Seven Bits *
b. NCR Host settings:
• NCR Use Prefix: Enable *
Note: If customer doesn’t use prefix, disable this setting.
• NCR Use BCC: Enable *
Note: If NCR Interface is Scanner Only, disable BCC, if
Scanner/Scale, enable BCC.
• NCR Interface: Scanner Only or Scanner/Scale *
• NCR Prefix: 1002 * (prefix 02)
Note: Set parameter to blank if customer doesn’t use prefix.
• NCR Suffix: 1003 * (terminator byte 03)
• NCR Label ID mode: NCR Mode *
