Troubleshooting

Fail to power on by the remote control?
• Make sure that the device is connected to the power supply.
• Slide down the lens cover.

Fail to power on by sliding down the lens cover?
• Make sure that the device is connected to the power supply.
• Slide up the lens cover and wait for 10 seconds, then try again.

The remote control doesn’t work?
• Remove the battery insulation tab to activate the remote control
batteries.
• Replace new batteries.

Blurred image?
• You can either slightly move the projector or press the navigation
buttons to focus the image.

Reversed projection image?
• On the home menu, select [Settings] > [Projector mode]
and switch to
the correct state.
