USER’S GUIDE
(1) Microphone
(2) Call Indicator Lamp
Lamp at top corner of DT Series Display flashes when a call
terminates to the terminal. Lamp lights steadily when a
message has been left.
(3) LCD (Note 1)
The LCD has A 24-character, 4- line capability. Top line is used
exclusively for the status icons.

Exit
The user can exit from the Help key mode by pressing this key.
(5) Soft Keys
Any feature shown at the bottom of the LCD is available. The
appropriate feature key is displayed on the screen according to
the call handling process.

Transfer Call Function

Allows the station user to transfer established calls to another station, without attendant assistance.

Hold Call Function

Press this key to place a call on hold. Pressing twice locks the held call to this station.

Making and Answering Calls

Call Hold and Exclusive Hold

Placing a Call on Hold

Press the Hold key; the held line wink flashes. Associated LEDs indicate status on other phones.

Placing a Call on Exclusive Hold

Press Hold twice; line appearance indicates an interrupted wink. Prevents others from picking up the call.

Advanced Call Management: Transfer and Conference

Transferring a Call

After conversing, press Transfer, receive dial tone, dial extension, and wait for answer.

Conferencing a Call

Ask party to hold, press Transfer, dial number, and press Conf key after answering.

Number Redial and Speed Calling

Call Forwarding Options

Call Forwarding - All Calls

To Set: Press CF-AllCalls, dial destination. To Cancel: Press CF-AllCalls again.

Call Forwarding - Busy/No Answer

To Set: Press CF-NoAnswer, dial destination. To Cancel: Press CF-NoAnswer again.
