■ Installation is not completed correctly (PPTC3.0).
Check
Is PowerPoint installed in the personal computer to which Viewer PPT
Converter 3.0 is to be installed?
If Viewer PPT Converter 3.0 is installed in a personal computer to which
PowerPoint is not installed, the following message is displayed in the middle
of installation.
"Error 1904. There was an error in registering the Add-In function. Please
check that Microsoft PowerPoint 2000 or later is installed and start over from
the installation."
Action
Confirm that PowerPoint 2000 or later is installed to your personal computer, and
reinstall Viewer PPT Converter 3.0.
■ The following screen is displayed while installing (IEU2.0/DCU1.0).
Windows XP Windows 2000
Check
If [STOP Installation] (Windows XP) or [No] (Windows 2000) is clicked on
the following screen while the installation of Image Express Utility 2.0 or
Desktop Control Utility 1.0 in progress.
Windows XP Windows 2000
Action
Select Windows [Control Panel] → [Add or Remove Programs], and remove
(uninstall) the software whose installation has been stopped. Then reinstall the
software.
