B-3 ICs with Sockets
( 1) Removal from Socket
a)
Gently pull the
1C with a puller.
If you don't have
a puller, use a screwdriver between the socket and the 1C
by prying up and down. Be careful not to bend the IC pins.
12) Insertion in socket
a) Gently insert the IC.
If you don't have a puller. insert it after confirming that all pins have been
inserted correctly.

( 1 ) Removc solder

Remove IC (with pliers or puller).
Installation
(1)
Insert the IC pins in their holes.
(2)
hlelt some solder on tip of the iron.
