Configuring Recording of SIP Trunks
SIP trunk recording requires some configuration in Sense to allow the calls to be recorded. In the
Sense application, click Tools, Options and on the Special page in the network devices section select
the network card connected to the port mirror. The Mac Address of the selected network card, will be
displayed under the Network Devices Window.
